To be a price leader and reach our profitability targets, we need to be the cost leader in our industry. We constantly work to improve our cost efficiency in order to deliver on our promise to our customers – to provide the Best Deal!

Success case
According to a recent global operator benchmark, Tele2 is among the most cost efficient operators. We will continue to benchmark our cost performance against our peers in order to make sure that we stay ahead of the competition. To further improve our cost position and to be able to deliver the Best Deal to our customers, we have established a cost leadership office and developed a three year improvement plan for the Group. Key drivers of cost efficiency will be establishing a shared service center for accounting in Russia, realizing IT synergies within the group, centralizing international carrier business and roaming functions. We will also continue to evaluate network sharing/site sharing where suitable and increase focus on the online channel for serving and communicating with our customers.[n6]
