Tele2 AB’s shares are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on the Large Cap-list under the ticker symbols TEL2 A and TEL2 B. The fifteen largest shareholders in Tele2 at December 31, 2009 hold shares corresponding to 52 percent of the capital and 66 percent of the voting rights, of which Investment AB Kinnevik owns 30 percent of the capital and 48 percent of the voting rights. No other shareholder owns directly or indirectly more than 10 percent of the shares in Tele2.
Tele2’s A and B shares were first listed on the O-List of the Stockholm Stock Exchange in May 1996. Tele2 has been listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Large Cap List since October 2006.
Trading in Tele2 shares is in 100-share board lots. One A share corresponds to 10 votes at the annual general meeting and one B share to one vote. The C share carries no voting rights. The dividend is the same for share classes A and B (not C).

The OMX Stockholm Benchmark Index (OMXSBPI) increased by 37 percent during the year.In 2009, average daily trading in the Tele2 B share fell by 45 percent to SEK 195 million. The share price ended the year on SEK 110.20 (69.00), an increase of 60 percent. Average daily trading in the A share was SEK 217,600 (210,700) and the closing share price for the year was SEK 112.60 (69.75). Tele2’s market value at the end of 2009 was SEK 48.6 billion, and the total number of shareholders was 42,156 (36,081). The percentage of foreign shareholders was 6 percent with their holdings accounting for 34 percent of the shares. In total, 586 million Tele2 shares changed hands on the Stockholm Stock Exchange during the year.
