The Tele2 Way is about satisfied customers and employees, operational efficiency and fast time to market. The value we create for our customers and shareholders is ultimately determined by our capability to attract customers through price and quality leadership, as well as by maximising every customer’s lifetime value. We have defined three Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in order to measure our success in delivering the Best Deal in all our markets:

Tele2 shall be perceived as the price leader (highest score on “low price” among competitors)

The quality of Tele2’s products and services shall be perceived as satisfactory by customers (rated as quality leader, or within striking distance to leader)

Tele2 shall achieve a strong market position in all markets (number one or two in terms of market share)
